Happy Mother’s Day & a TOOT!!!

I am so excited to share some news with you!  I have been selected as a Design Team Member for SHEETLOAD OF CARDS!!!  🙂  You may recall I applied for the position a few days ago, by posting some cards here, using the April issue of this fabulous ezine!  I have truly been a fan of Alicia, and her online magazine since it’s inception!  REALLY!  If you aren’t familiar with Sheetload, click on over and check it out!  You can download all past issues as well as the current issue.

So, now I get to post this on my sidebar —–> How cool is that?  I can’t wait to start working with Alicia, and all the other DT members!

I also wanted to wish all the mothers out there a Happy Mother’s Day!  I spent the evening last night with my Mom.  It was also my sister’s 40th birthday!  So, of course, I made cards for both occasions, and thought I’d share them with you today.

First, my Mother’s Day card:

40th Birthday Card:

Products Used:  BG Marrakech pp; American Crafts Thickers; Prima blossoms; Bella stamp – stamped with Memento ink, and coloured with my Copics; Heidi Swapp tiny bling flowers; Stickles; Nestabilities in my Cuttlebug.
