I am giving away a handmade book, with twenty little sample background techniques in it! 🙂 I participated in a swap over at Gulfsprite’s Art Journaling site. During the course of Christy’s most recent class, she mentioned that she had previously participated in a similar swap, so she hosted one for the students of her “30 Pages in 90 Days” class. I contributed two backgrounds, so I got two books! You know what that means, right? The other one could be yours! The way it worked is like this – each of the participants contributed ONE background technique, and replicated it 20 times. We each sent our 20 cards to Christy, and she made these cute little books with them, complete with stitching, and binding! Each card has the instructions for how to do the background technique on the front of the card. What a fabulous idea! I’ve already tried a couple of them! 🙂
So, I figured the best way to show you the book is to do a little video.
