Hello my friends! For the month of June, Sheetload of Cards and The Cutting Cafe have joined forces, along with Sheetload Shortcuts and Bitten by the Bug to inspire you to make some of the most fabulous cards! As part of this intersite challenge, the Sheetload DT members were asked to use the sketch from the June issue of Sheetload of Cards, (available to download FREE here) – and some digital images from the Cutting Cafe (available for purchase here) to try our hand at this challenge! Honestly, it wasn’t too difficult. The images are so stinkin’ cute! I chose the “Fruit Greetings” set, and the cherry image to made this card:
I printed my image on patterned paper (BG), and coloured it in with my Copic markers. I like that you can still see the pattern of the paper through the ink. I used ALL SCRAPS to create this card! I hardly ever do that, but my scrap bin is overflowing! LOL! I added some Prima “Say it in Pearls”, and a half strip of Bazzill “Just the Edge”, inked all the edges, punched the mat with my Fiskars border punch, and voila! 🙂
Thank you so much for stopping by! Make me smile by leaving me a comment. 🙂

Kim- I love how you colored the cherries that you printed on dp. The cherries look transparent- I thought you had printed hem on acetate until I read your description. Way cool teammate!
